Alrite. today sucked. here you go. a poem by me. that's all for today.
it's called plants.

Plants.

I am a plant,

some sort of vegetation,

not just any plant however,

a glorious plant.

a flower maybe,

just maybe.

But as all plants do

I need water to survive,

water to function.

Some plants get all the water,

take it up in their roots,

take it up for granted.

Some plants receive no water.

No matter how far they may extend their roots,

digging further and further into the soil,

they find no water.

They begin to discard water,

forget about it,

try to replace it with other substances:

artificial nutritients,

inane remnants of moisture,

pesticide.

I am a plant.

I am one of those plants.
